Processing and Handeling

All items are made to order. Please allow 10-20 business days for your order to ship. Please note this is an estimate time frame. Though I do try my absolute best every month to get orders out in this time frame there MAY be delays due to high demand. I run all aspects of this business by myself so things can get backed up at times. I do appreciate the kindness and patience when these delays happen. 

MADE TO ORDER: 10-20 business days

PRE-ORDER: 6-8 weeks

READY TO SHIP: 1-3 business days.

Cancellations

Cancellations are not accepted past 24hrs of payment. ALL items are made to order, and processing starts immediately. Please keep this in mind before ordering.

Returns/ Refunds

We do not accept returns at this time due to the fact that items are made to order. Please review item descriptions before purchasing. If you have any questions regarding an item please send any questions in prior to purchasing. In the event that your item arrives damaged please email cosmiclovely@yahoo.com immediately. We will assess the situation and either send a replacement or you can return the items to then be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or original payment method to post the refund.

Damages and issues

Exchanges

No exchanges are allowed at this time due to sanitary concerns. All sales are Final. 

Shipping Policies / Lost or Stolen Packages

 

All items are made to order. Please allow 10-20 business days for your order to ship. If you need something by a specific date, please purchase priority shipping which also includes insurance.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. ALL packages are insured. In order to be eligible for a refund/ replacement, you must file a claim with USPS. If approved, we can send out a replacement/ refund.

Many packages have been showing "Pre-transit" and then no other tracking information until delivered. If you received shipping confirmation but cannot track your package, it is on its way and will be arriving soon. 

No refunds or replacements will be sent to orders marked as "Delivered". In this case please contact your local USPS as soon as possible.

Duties and Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.  You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

Regulations and Restrictions:

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products.  By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United States of America) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.
